Flexible GMP Production from 100K to 2M Vials Annually
The GMP-Flex lines cover a yearly production capacity from about 100,000 vials up to 2 million vials. Throughput depends on the formulation composition, desired freezing speed and desired level of residual moisture, but is independent from the vial dimensions.
Robotic Handling from Fill to Finish in Isolator Conditions
Spin-freezing takes place in an isolator where vials are moved from the filling line to the freezing station and then on to the drying chamber by a robotic arm. At the outfeed of the drying chamber another robotic arm will handle the stoppering of the vials in an isolator setting with the possibility to work under inert atmosphere at reduced pressure.
